Introduction of a new enterprise management system at INTELLIMED HUNGARY Ltd.

The INTELLIMED HUNGARY Ltd. has been awarded a non-refundable EU grant of HUF 3,767,600 and a repayable, preferential loan of HUF 4,709,500 through the Economic Development Operational Program (GINOP). The project - "Introduction of a new enterprise management system at INTELLIMED HUNGARY Ltd. (GINOP-3.2.2-8-2-4-16-2020-02214)" - aims to completely renew our ERP system and simultaneously establish electronic sales channels.

The existing enterprise management system (ERP) has been modernized with the development supported by the grant. During the renovation, the old system was completely replaced; it was not an upgrade, as there was no upgrade path between the previously used and the new systems to be introduced. The modern ERP system to be introduced, essentially fully cloud-based, includes the Microsoft Business Central component for accounting tasks. We also modernized our previous CRM system to the cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Integration between the components was also achieved as part of the project. Azure Active Directory in Office 365 provides single sign-on capability for our users. Reports are generated on the Microsoft Azure Power BI corporate intelligence platform.

The goal is for these institutions to use modern - primarily internet-based - communication solutions and services in their daily work, thus creating as many connection points as possible between stakeholders operating in different segments. INTELLIMED HUNGARY Ltd. develops modern information technology solutions that can help solve organizational and information management problems more effectively in healthcare. Developing a prototype system for pharmaceutical industry stakeholders.

The IntelliMed Hungary Ltd. has been awarded 60,681,406 Hungarian Forints in non-refundable EU support through the Competitive Central Hungary Operational Program (VEKOP) for its successful grant application. The project - "Enhancing the social acceptance of pharmaceutical industry sponsorship activities and introducing transparency best practices through the innovative system of IntelliMed Ltd. (VEKOP-2.1.7-15-2016-00289)" - aims to develop a prototype system usable by pharmaceutical industry stakeholders. The intensity of the support is 60.2% of the project's eligible total cost.
Project completion date: 2019.11.30.

The implementation of a remote visit system in the field of diabetes therapy

The IntelliMed Hungary Ltd. has been awarded 37.05 million Hungarian Forints in non-refundable EU support through its application in the framework of the Economic Development Operational Program. The goal of the project with a total budget of 62 million Forints is to develop a telemedicine system focused on Diabetology (GINOP-2.1.7-15-2016-00790 - Remote Visit, Diabetes Therapy Area) prototyping.
The intensity of the support is 60% of the project's eligible costs.

Preparing and compiling application materials for the Horizon 2020 grant at IntelliMed Hungary Ltd. (GOP-3.3.4-15-2015-0038)
Regarding project with identifier number GOP-3.3.4-15-2015-0038, the amount awarded with a 75% support intensity is: 14,767,500 Ft. The expected completion date of the project is: 2015.10.31. One of the pillars of the Horizon 2020 framework program is the support for "Health and demographic changes," which IntelliMed aims to leverage through innovative development project ideas.
IntelliMed intends to enter foreign markets in line with the program's objectives and support, aiming to embark on a growth trajectory that can provide new innovative solutions in diagnosing medical interventions before their necessity, the condition of seriously ill individuals, and early symptoms at the EU level. Horizon 2020 provides an opportunity for IntelliMed Hungary Ltd. to create new, innovative values, using direct EU funds, and not only be competitive but also a market leader in its narrower market areas. As part of the program, designated employees of IntelliMed Hungary Ltd. will participate in Horizon 2020 international competitiveness-enhancing education and programs, where they will familiarize themselves with the Horizon 2020 Brussels grant system, receive guidance in defining strategic directions, accelerating integration into the European innovation environment. Horizon 2020 assists in developing the necessary enhancements to achieve IntelliMed Hungary Ltd.'s long-term innovation goals in both organizational development and product/service development areas.

IntelliMed Hungary Ltd. has been awarded over 19.33 million Hungarian forints in non-refundable EU support under the Economic Development Operational Program through the Market Entry Support for Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises grant. The aim of the project, with a total budget of 38.67 million forints, is to achieve the Company's international presence and expand its international competitiveness. IntelliMed Hungary Ltd.'s services target institutions and organizations in the healthcare sector. The goal is for these institutions to use modern, primarily internet-based communication solutions and services in their daily work, thus creating as many connection points as possible between different segments of the industry. The company aims to establish "artificial neural networks" with the intervention of the Internet, utilizing its properties as an open and closed communication channel so that all participants can communicate quickly and efficiently with each other. IntelliMed Hungary Ltd. develops modern information technology solutions that can help solve organizational and information management problems more effectively in healthcare. This project was implemented under the Economic Development Operational Program, significantly enhancing IntelliMed Hungary Ltd.'s international presence and international competitiveness. With over 19 million forints in EU support, the project realized consultancy and market entry activities, including the employment of a marketing specialist.
The development of the Anesthesia Daily Online Reporting and Documentation System (ANOJE) at IntelliMed Ltd. (GOP-1.3.1-11/A-2011-0075)
The prototype of the Anesthesia Daily Online Reporting and Documentation System (ANOJE) has been completed. The System operates in a test environment at the Semmelweis Ignác Health Center and University Teaching Hospital in Miskolc, the Anesthesiology Clinic of the University of Debrecen, and the Városmajor Heart and Vascular Clinic of Semmelweis University (March 2013 - February 2014). In line with the most modern application development and operational practices in information technology, ANOJE is cloud-based. The server infrastructure and operating environment are hosted on Windows Azure. The development of the Anesthesia Daily Online Reporting and Documentation System (ANOJE), supported by the Professional College of Anesthesiology and the Hungarian Society of Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy, has also been considered worthy of support by the New Széchenyi Plan.
Increasing competitiveness at IntelliMed Hungary Ltd. through the introduction of an integrated enterprise management system. (KMOP-1.2.5-2007-0042)
The introduction of the integrated enterprise management system of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics CRM has been successfully completed to make our business processes even more efficient. The transition to the new system went smoothly, with the necessary hardware procurement and deployment completed. The implementation was carried out for IntelliMed by Multisoft Számítástechnikai Kft., which has extensive experience in the implementation and support of ERP systems.
